Sponsorship Structure
How does it work?
In addition to the benefits granted to each category and based on level of sponsorship contribution, priority access and discounts for additional sponsorship items and exhibition space is available. Sponsors who pay prior to January 11, 2027, will receive an additional benefit.

Exhibition Opportunities
Exhibit Booths:
10’ × 10’ ‒ $10,000; 6’ × 10′ ‒ $7,500
The Exhibit Hall will be the primary networking arena for delegates, speakers, and Congress partners. The Congress program has been designed to maximize the opportunity for delegates to visit the Exhibit Hall with posters, all refreshment breaks, lunches, and the Welcome Reception located within the Hall.
The number of exhibit booths is limited: priority is given to level sponsors.
Booth Entitlements:
- 8’ Back and 3’ side walls, pipe & drape
- Organization name on fascia over open side
- 6’ Skirted table and 2 chairs
- Waste basket
- 2 complimentary exhibitor registrations per 10 × 10’ booth; 1 complimentary exhibitor registration per 6 × 10’
